Inch Wildfowl Reserve

Access: OS N. Ireland Map 7, grid ref: C355 228 - There are a number of options with regards to accessing this walk. Parking is available close to the village of Burt (as highlighted on the map above) or on Inch Island.

Hike Distance: 8km

Difficulty: Easy - A low land looped walk on relatively flat ground. This walk is on a well defined path with signs providing easy navigation. In wet weather, some sections can be slippery under foot so care should be taken and appropriate footwear worn.

Time to complete: 1.5 - 2hr

Notable features and additional info: A nature walk that circumnavigates the wildfowl reserve. This walk has a number of stop-off points, providing seating for lunch and information sources on local wildlife. A great place to take the family for a day out, or somewhere to go if weather conditions don't allow for highland hikes.
